This letter constitutes formal notice (the "Notice") served in accordance with the notices provisions of the Contract at ________, and is given to inform you that a Force Majeure Event (as defined in and for the purposes of the Contract) has occurred which prevents, hinders or delays our performance of our obligations under the Contract.
