Re: VOLUNTARY RESIGNATION

Dear Sir/Madam:


I, ________, of legal age, Filipino, with residence at ________, and presently employed by ________ (the “Company”), respectfully submit this letter to formally tender my voluntary resignation from my position as ________, a post I have held since ________, under Employee Identification No. ________.

1. Effectivity and Statutory Notice. In accordance with Article 300 (formerly Article 285) of the Labor Code of the Philippines, which requires the service of a written notice at least one (1) month in advance, I am serving this written notice of my intention to terminate my employment without just cause. My resignation shall take effect on ________, being not less than thirty (30) days from the date hereof. The intervening period shall constitute my notice and turnover period.

4. Confidentiality and Data Privacy. I acknowledge my continuing obligation to preserve the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information of the Company even after my separation, and I undertake to comply with applicable obligations under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) with respect to any personal data I may have processed in the course of my employment.
