Re: FORMAL DEMAND TO CEASE AND DESIST


Dear ________,


I, ________, of legal age, with residence and postal address at ________, write through this letter to formally and unequivocally demand that you immediately CEASE AND DESIST from the unlawful, unwelcome, and injurious acts hereinafter described, which you have committed and continue to commit towards and against me.

I. The Offensive Acts. It has come to my attention that, beginning on or about ________ and continuing to the present, you have engaged in the following acts:

By way of illustration, and to substantiate the foregoing, I respectfully refer you to the documents and materials annexed hereto and made integral parts of this letter, particularly: ________.

III. Damage and Injury Suffered. As a direct and proximate result of your unwarranted, unwelcome, and unbearable conduct, I have suffered injury, including but not limited to the following:

(c) Confirm in writing your compliance with this demand.

This letter is sent in good faith and shall serve as final and formal notice of my demand. Nothing herein shall be construed as a waiver of any of my rights, causes of action, or remedies under the law, all of which are hereby expressly reserved.
