RE: REQUEST FOR CONSENT TO SUBLET DEMISED PREMISES

I, ________, am the tenant lawfully in possession and occupation of the demised premises described as follows (hereinafter referred to as “the Premises”):

I write to formally request your written consent, as my Landlord, to sublet the Premises in accordance with the terms of the existing tenancy agreement and the applicable provisions of Nigerian law.

4. BASIS OF THE REQUEST

4.1 By the terms of the Tenancy Agreement, I am required to obtain your prior written consent before subletting the Premises, which consent is not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
