RE: FORMAL COMPLAINT BY TENANT IN RESPECT OF THE DEMISED PREMISES SITUATE AT ________

§1. Introduction. I, ________, am the tenant lawfully in possession of the residential/commercial premises situate at ________ ( he "Demised Premises"\), of which you are the landlord, by virtue of a Tenancy/Lease Agreement dated ________ ( he "Agreement"\).
