We refer to the tenancy agreement dated ________ (the "Tenancy Agreement") made between you, ________ (the "Tenant"), and our client/the undersigned, ________ (the "Landlord"), in respect of the premises situate at and known as ________ (the "Premises").

1. PURPOSE OF THIS LETTER

1.1 This letter constitutes formal notice and demand to you, in accordance with the terms of the Tenancy Agreement and the applicable tenancy legislation in force in ________ (including, where applicable, the Recovery of Premises Law and/or the Tenancy Law of the relevant State), that the rent payable under the Tenancy Agreement is in arrears and remains unpaid as at the date of this letter.

2. PARTICULARS OF THE OUTSTANDING RENT
