§1. Introduction

1. This Notice is given to you by, or on behalf of, the Landlord, ________, in respect of the premises described in §2 below ("the Premises"), which you hold as Tenant.
2. This Notice is issued in accordance with the terms of the Tenancy Agreement dated ________ made between the parties and in compliance with the applicable Tenancy/Rent Control Law of ________ State and the general principles of Nigerian property and contract law.

§2. Description of the Premises

1. The Premises affected by this Notice are situate at and known as: ________, currently occupied by the Tenant as a ________ tenant.

§3. Notice of Increase

1. TAKE NOTICE that, with effect from ________ ("the Effective Date"), the annual rent payable in respect of the Premises shall be increased.
