§ 1. Tenancy Particulars

This notice relates to the residential tenancy agreement dated ________ (the "Tenancy Agreement") between the Landlord and the Tenant(s) in respect of the rental premises described above (the "Rental Premises"), under which rent in the amount of $________ is payable on the ________ day of each rental period.

§ 2. Notice of Arrears

This is to formally notify you that, as of the date of this notice, the Landlord has not received payment of rent that became due and payable on ________, and that such rent remains outstanding and in arrears.

§ 3. Amount Outstanding

The total amount of rent now due and owing is $________ (________ Dollars), together with any further amounts that may accrue in accordance with the Tenancy Agreement and applicable law.
