§ 7. Consequences of Non-Compliance. If you fail to comply with this demand by the date specified above, I intend to pursue all available legal remedies against you without further notice, including, but not limited to, the commencement of civil proceedings in the courts of ________ seeking injunctive relief, damages, interest, and costs, and any other relief available to me under applicable federal, provincial, or territorial law.
