3.6 The Tenant did not make any unreasonable demands or requests during the tenancy; and
3.7 The Tenant provided proper notice in accordance with the applicable residential tenancies legislation prior to vacating the Property.
4. Recommendation
4.1 Having regard to the matters set out above, I recommend the Tenant without reservation and would be willing to rent to the Tenant again.
