Dear Sir/Madam,
1. I refer to your offer dated ________ in the sum of $________ in respect of the damage to my motor vehicle (registration number: ________; make and model: ________) arising from the incident which occurred on ________ at ________.
2. Since receiving your offer, I have obtained an independent valuation of my vehicle from ________ dated ________, which assesses the market value of my vehicle immediately prior to the incident at $________.
3. After careful consideration, I am writing to formally reject your offer on the basis that it does not adequately reflect the market value of my vehicle at the time of the incident. A copy of the valuation I have obtained is enclosed for your reference.
