Dear Tenant:
§ 1. The Lease. You are a tenant under a written lease agreement dated ________ (the “Lease”) for the residential premises identified above (the “Premises”), located in the State of ________ (the “State”). This letter constitutes formal notice that you are in default of one or more of your obligations under the Lease.
