§ 4. Statutory Basis and Notice Period. The Landlord is entitled to enter the Leased Property to inspect the premises, make necessary or agreed-upon repairs, decorations, alterations, or improvements, supply necessary or agreed-upon services, or exhibit the premises to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, tenants, workers, or contractors, provided that reasonable advance notice is given to the Tenant of the Landlord's intent to enter and that entry is made only at reasonable times.
