I believe these acts constitute identity theft and/or the unauthorized use of my identifying information in violation of applicable federal and state law, including the Identity Theft and Assumption Deterrence Act (18 U.S.C. § 1028), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.), the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 45), and the consumer protection and identity theft statutes of the State of Alabama.
