RE: CONDITIONAL OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT

Further to your recent application and interview, I am pleased to offer you the position of ________ with ________ (the "Company"), on the terms set out in this letter.

Subject to the conditions above being satisfied, your employment will commence on ________, or such other date as may be mutually agreed in writing.
