§6. Time for Response and Notice of Intention to Proceed

6.1 The Respondent is requested to respond to this letter in writing within 28 days from the date of this letter, confirming whether the claim is admitted in whole or in part, or disputed, and setting out the grounds of any dispute.

6.2 If no satisfactory response or proposal for settlement is received within that period, the Claimant intends to lodge a Claim Form with the Court under the Simple Procedure once the said period of 28 days has elapsed, without further notice. A copy of the Claim Form, once intimated and warranted by the Court, will be duly served upon the Respondent thereafter.

6.4 Proposals for settlement, or any payment, should be directed to the Claimant at the address shown above, quoting the reference at the head of this letter.
