I regret to inform you that I am withdrawing my consent to be your designated nominee for your One Person Corporation, ________. Pursuant to Section 26 of Republic Act No. 11232, otherwise known as the Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines, I hereby give notice of the withdrawal of my consent to act as your nominee, effective immediately upon your receipt of this letter.
