RE: NOTICE OF NON-RENEWAL OF CONTRACT

§1. Introduction

1.1. This letter constitutes formal notice (the “Notice”) issued by ________ (the “Notifying Party”) to ________ (the “Counterparty”) in respect of the contract described below.

1.2. The Notifying Party and the Counterparty are hereinafter together referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.

§2. Particulars of the Contract

2.1. The contract to which this Notice relates is the ________ executed by the Parties on ________ (the “Contract”).

2.2. The Contract relates to the following subject matter:

§3. Notice of Non-Renewal

3.1. The Contract provides that it shall automatically renew at the end of its term unless either Party gives notice of its intention not to renew within the period stipulated therein.
