RE: NOTIFICATION OF PROMOTION AND SALARY INCREMENT
We refer to your contract of employment dated ________ (the "Contract of Employment") and to your current role of ________ within ________ (the "Company").
This letter sets out the terms upon which the Company, in recognition of your commendable performance, has determined to promote you and to revise your remuneration with effect from the date stated herein.
§1. Promotion
- In recognition of your excellent job performance and following the Company's appraisal of your work, we are pleased to confirm your promotion to the position of ________.
- Your promotion shall take effect from ________ (the "Effective Date").

- The Company shall process your personal data in connection with your employment in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the Company's data protection policy.
§6. Governing Law
- This letter and your employment shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including the Labour Act (Cap. L1, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004) where applicable.
