RE: REQUEST FOR THE VARIATION/ALTERATION OF CONTRACT — ________
§1. Introduction. This letter constitutes a formal request, made in good faith and without prejudice, to vary certain terms of the written contract entitled “________” executed between the parties on ________ (the “Original Contract”), the subject matter of which is briefly described as follows:
