§1. PLACEMENT OF ORDER

1.1. Pursuant to your catalogue and the price quotation issued to us under reference ________ dated ________, I/we hereby place a firm and binding order for ________ units of ________ (the "Goods"), bearing product/catalogue code ________.

§2. PRICE AND PAYMENT

2.1. The agreed unit price for the Goods is ₦________ (________) per unit, exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) chargeable at the prevailing rate under the Value Added Tax Act (Cap. V1, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004, as amended).

2.2. The total contract sum, comprising the price of the Goods, applicable VAT and shipping/delivery costs, is ₦________ (________).

2.3. Payment in full has been effected by bank transfer, the particulars of which are set out below:

§3. DELIVERY
