RE: FINAL WRITTEN WARNING
§1. Introduction. Further to the disciplinary meeting held on ________, and in accordance with the disciplinary procedure set out in your contract of employment dated ________ and the Staff Handbook/Disciplinary Policy of ________ ("the Company"), this letter constitutes a final written warning regarding your conduct in the workplace. This letter is issued consistent with the Labour Act (Cap L1, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004), the terms of your employment, and the principles of fair hearing guaranteed under Section 36 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended).
§2. Particulars of Misconduct. This warning relates specifically to the following misconduct, which has continued notwithstanding our prior warnings:
