Dear Tenant(s),

You are hereby notified under the terms of Lease and License Agreement dated ________ ("Lease"), under which you hold the possession of the property located at ________, ________, Andaman and Nicobar Islands-________ IN.

Your rent for the period from ________ to ________ is due. Thus you owe me the total due amount including interest/late fee amounting to Rs. ________/- (________).

Through this demand notice, I demand you to make payment against the aforementioned due amount within the following period: ________, counted from the date of receipt of this notice.

If you fail to make the full payment within the period of: ________, counting from receipt of this letter, the Lease will be terminated, and you must vacate and hand over the free possession of the property.
