We refer to the Agreement entered into between ________ (the "Company") and you (the "Contractor") on ________, pursuant to which you have provided services to the Company as an independent contractor.

1. Termination of the Agreement
   This letter constitutes formal notice that the Company hereby terminates the Agreement in accordance with its terms. The termination shall take effect on ________ (the "Termination Date").
2. Notice Period
   You are hereby afforded ________ (________) week(s) notice of termination. This notice period is provided in compliance with the contractually agreed notice provisions set out in the Agreement. With effect from the Termination Date, the Company shall be relieved of any further obligation to engage you, and you shall be relieved of any further obligation to perform the services assigned under the Agreement, save for any obligations expressed to survive termination.

10. Survival
    Termination of the Agreement shall be without prejudice to any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities of the parties that have accrued as at the Termination Date, including the right to claim damages in respect of any breach of the Agreement existing at or before the date of termination.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    The Agreement and this notice, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

Notwithstanding the cessation of our working relationship, the Company is grateful for the services you have provided over the past ________ and wishes you and your enterprise every success in the future.
