Re: Return of Security Deposit

I hope this letter finds you well.
I am writing to request the return of the security deposit paid in respect of my tenancy in your property at the following address:

You will recall, I occupied this property from ________ to ________. At the beginning of my stay I furnished security deposit amounting to ________ (________) Euro, to insure against damage, non-payment of rent and early termination of rental agreement.
As you are aware, I paid the agreed rent for every month of my occupancy on or before the date on which it fell due.
There is no outstanding money owed in respect of utility charges. As far as I am aware, all financial obligations in respect of heating, electricity and gas, have been met.
