To whom it may concern,
I am writing to request a refund for my ticket in respect of cancelled ________ flight number ________ that was scheduled to depart on ________ at ________ from ________ arriving at ________.
I had booked the tickets on ________, as evidenced by my booking reference ________.
As such, it was highly inconvenient, when we were informed of the flights cancellation on ________, ________ (________) hours before the scheduled departure. As a consequent of the flight's cancellation, the following measures had to be taken:
