OFF-ROAD VEHICLE BILL OF SALE

is rightfully possessed of the Dirt Bike, hereinafter described, and has contracted and agreed to sell, bargain, assign, and transfer the same to ________ (hereinafter, the "Buyer"), whose information is as follows:

NOW THEREFORE this Bill of Sale witnesses as follows:
1. DESCRIPTION

2. PURCHASE PRICE AND PAYMENT

3. DELIVERY METHOD

4. CONDITIONS AND WARRANTIES
The Buyer has had a reasonable opportunity to examine the Dirt Bike and has done so. Any defects discovered after the sale are the sole liability of the Buyer.
Title to the goods shall pass from the Seller to the Buyer upon the Seller's receipt of payment in full for the Vehicle specified in this Agreement.
5. EXECUTION
This Bill of Sale shall be governed by the laws of Ontario.
