§ 1.  Purpose of this Letter

1.1  This letter is sent to formally remind you of, and demand compliance with, your obligation to pay child support as set out in ________ dated ________ (the “Support Order/Agreement”).

1.2  The Support Order/Agreement was made and is governed by the laws of the Province of ________ and, where applicable, the Divorce Act (Canada) and the Federal Child Support Guidelines.

§ 2.  Your Support Obligation

2.1  Under the Support Order/Agreement, you are required to pay child support in the amount of:

________ Dollars ($________), payable ________, on the ________ of each payment period.

2.2  The said amount is payable until the child support obligation terminates in accordance with the terms of the Support Order/Agreement and applicable law.
