RE: NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF UNSOLICITED CONSUMER AGREEMENT

1.   I give you notice that I terminate the unsolicited consumer agreement described below, exercising my right to cool off and terminate under section 82 of Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (the Australian Consumer Law).

6.   In accordance with sections 83 to 86 of the Australian Consumer Law, upon termination:

(a)  the agreement is at an end and is void to the extent that it has not been performed;

(b)  you must, within 10 business days, repay to me all amounts paid by me under the agreement or any related contract or instrument;

(c)  I am not liable to pay any amount in respect of the supply, and you must not accept or require any payment, demand, retain or take action to recover any payment, or commence or continue any legal proceedings against me, in connection with the agreement;

(d)  any goods supplied to me under the agreement are to be collected from my premises at ________ at your expense and within a reasonable time; and

(e)  I am not liable for any loss of or damage to the goods other than loss or damage resulting from my wilful or negligent act, in accordance with section 85 of the Australian Consumer Law.
