§ 2. Prohibited Conduct

1. Unauthorised use, reproduction, adaptation, modification, distribution, communication to the public, transmission, replication, public performance, publication or any other form of dealing with the Material, in whole or in part, without the express prior written consent of the Copyright Owner, is strictly prohibited.
2. For the avoidance of doubt, the following acts (without limitation) will be regarded as infringements of the Copyright Owner's rights:
