1. Authority and Governing Terms. Nothing in this letter is intended to modify, supersede, or waive any provision of the Order or of any applicable agreement between the parties. In the event of any conflict between this letter and the Order, the Order shall control. Any permanent modification of custody or visitation may be made only by written agreement of the parties or by order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
