§ 1. Introduction
1.1 I write to give you formal notice that goods which I purchased from ________ ("the Trader") have not been delivered to me as agreed, and to demand a full refund in accordance with my rights as a consumer under Irish law.
1.2 This letter is sent without prejudice to any further rights or remedies to which I may be entitled, all of which are expressly reserved.
§ 2. Particulars of the Contract
2.1 On ________ I entered into a contract with the Trader for the sale and supply of the following goods ("the Goods"):

2.2 The order/reference number for this transaction is ________.
2.3 The total price paid for the Goods was ________ (________), together with delivery charges of ________ (________), being a total of ________ (________).
2.4 Payment was made by ________ on ________.
2.5 It was an express term of the contract that delivery of the Goods would be made on or before ________.
§ 3. The Trader's Default
3.1 Notwithstanding the agreed delivery date, the Goods have not been delivered to me. I have not received the Goods ordered, and the agreed time for delivery has now passed.
3.2 The Trader is accordingly in breach of the contract and in breach of the statutory obligations imposed upon it.
§ 4. My Statutory Rights
4.1 The transaction is governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (and, where applicable, the Sale of Goods Act 1893, the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980, and the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 484 of 2013)).
4.3 Where the contract was concluded at a distance or off the trader's premises, I am further entitled, under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, to a refund of all payments received, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay.
§ 5. Demand
5.1 I hereby demand the immediate refund of the full sum of ________ (________), being the price of the Goods together with all delivery charges.
5.2 The said refund should be paid by the same means used by me for the original transaction, or otherwise as follows: ________.
5.3 I require that the refund be made, and that you confirm in writing how this matter will be resolved, within ________ days of the date of this letter.
§ 6. Reservation of Rights
6.2 This letter and any subsequent dealings are governed by the law of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
