§ 2. The Tenancy. This Notice relates to the tenancy agreement made between ________ (the "Tenant") and ________ (the "Landlord"), commencing on ________ (the "Tenancy"). The Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) registration number for the Tenancy is ________.

§ 3. Termination Date. In accordance with section 62(1)(c) of the Residential Tenancies Act 2004, I hereby give notice that the Tenancy will terminate and I will give up possession and vacate the dwelling on ________ (the "Termination Date"). The whole of the 24 hours of the Termination Date is allowed to me to vacate the dwelling.

§ 4. Notice Period. The notice period given by this Notice is ________ days, which I confirm is equal to or greater than the minimum period required of a tenant under section 66 of the Residential Tenancies Act 2004 having regard to the duration of the Tenancy. The Termination Date specified in § 3 falls on or after the expiry of the said notice period, the day on which this Notice is served being excluded from the reckoning of that period.

§ 7. Security Deposit.

7.1 I request the return of the security deposit in the sum of \u20ac________ paid by me at the commencement of the Tenancy, less only such lawful deductions (if any) as are permitted under section 12 of the Residential Tenancies Act 2004 (as amended).
