§ 2. The Tenancy. This Notice relates to the tenancy agreement made between ________ (the "Tenant") and ________ (the "Landlord"), commencing on ________ (the "Tenancy"). The Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) registration number for the Tenancy is ________.
§ 3. Termination Date. In accordance with section 62(1)(c) of the Residential Tenancies Act 2004, I hereby give notice that the Tenancy will terminate and I will give up possession and vacate the dwelling on ________ (the "Termination Date"). The whole of the 24 hours of the Termination Date is allowed to me to vacate the dwelling.
§ 4. Notice Period. The notice period given by this Notice is ________ days, which I confirm is equal to or greater than the minimum period required of a tenant under section 66 of the Residential Tenancies Act 2004 having regard to the duration of the Tenancy. The Termination Date specified in § 3 falls on or after the expiry of the said notice period, the day on which this Notice is served being excluded from the reckoning of that period.
